A nanny / housekeeper is required 9am -7pm Wednesday – Friday, either two or three days a week, year round ( the nanny can choose which of those days if they are wanting just two days per week). So 20 or 30 hours per week.

The role will  include cleaning, house keeping, batch cooking, running errands but the priority will be someone with great childcare skills.

The family are looking for a nanny who is warm, kind, caring and child focused. Someone who is  great fun, with a  sense of humour. A creative nanny, who is happy to play imaginative games, do arts and crafts and take the children out on exciting day trips in the school holidays. Someone keen to get out in the garden or go on country walks when the weather is good. A nanny who is able to help with homework or reading when required. They would be supportive, empathetic, understanding, patient, organised, reliable and dependable.

The family see the nanny and parent as a partnership and the nanny would become a much valued, appreciated and important member of their family, and would ideally stay long term.

The family have two children, a 9 year old girl who is kind, caring, responsible, independent, conscientious and a doting big sister . The 4 year old boy is bouncy, enthusiastic and highly affectionate.
